The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.68 dated 17.7.2018 registered under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Division No.4 (Lahori Gate), Patiala.

By virtue of the order dated 4.2.2020, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
