The petitioner filed a writ petition seeking quashing of order dated 08.11.2002 whereby services of the petitioners were dispensed with. The petition was allowed on 28.03.2019, the impugned order was set aside. The respondents were directed to take petitioners No.1 to 7 back into the service, regularize their services and give them all consequential benefits of their past service except salary for the period from 08.11.2002 till the date of re-joining.

COCP No.3785 of 2019 -2petitioners has been passed subject to outcome of LPA No.1269 of 2019. He further submits that needful for compliance of judgment of learned Single Judge would be done by 31.03.2020, subject to outcome of the litigation and in case judgment of learned Single Judge is neither stayed nor modified.
