Prayer in this petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 21.12.2020 passed by learned trial Court whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender vide Annexure P-7 in case FIR No.103 dated 27.04.2019 under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. Counsel for the petitioner seeks parity with Amrik Singh, whose petition was disposed of vide order dated 22.12.2021 passed by this Court in CRM-M-36927-2021. He further submits that the petitioner is out of India in connection of work and he would certainly come back and join the trial. Given above, petition is disposed of subject to condition that petitioner will appear before the trial Court on any date upto 20.12.2022.

In case of any reason, the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court till that date, then the petitioner after giving valid reason/explanation will be permitted to appear on any date upto 10.01.2023, failing which this order shall automatically be recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any reference to this Court. It is clarified that petitioner files an affidavit before the trial Court mentioning the details of his bank accounts, demat accounts, immovable properties and value of sovereign cash in hand.
