*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.96 dated 13.08.2022 under Sections 302/307/148/149 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur (Annexure P1). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the order dated 05.12.2022 the petitioner has deposited FDR amounting to Rs.1 lac before the learned trial Court and he has also been released on interim bail. Learned State counsel has not disputed the above said factual position.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 05.12.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
