**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.617 dated 17.08.2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Model Town, Panipat.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of disclosure statement of his brother namely Kuldeep Singh, who has already been granted regular bail on 22.10.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2020, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
