(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 200 dated 01.08.2019 under Sections 447, 511 IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the charges have been framed and the case is now fixed for the prosecution evidence on 20.09.2022 before the Trial Court. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the arguments raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Disposed of.
