The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to grant the due salaries in lieu of rendered services at Khanpur Khurd Primary Agriculture Society Limited, Jhajjar which is due from 01.01.2024 to 31.07.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the legal notice (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner is decided by respondent No.1 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advanced notice, submits that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to respondent No.1 for timebound consideration and decision of the legal notice of the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner and pass a speaking order, after affording him Neha 2025.09.04 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
