**** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (Oral) Petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner for promotion as Hydrologist in a time bound manner, as she became eligible for the same on 30.12.2020.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sh.Pankaj Mahela, Hydrologist, Irrigation & WR Department, Haryana, submits that the petitioner's case for promotion against resultant vacancy of Hydrologist in the Ground Water Cell in the respondent-Department is under consideration, and as and when the vacancy is available, she will be granted due promotion.
