(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.303 dated 27.10.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 365, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per allegations in the FIR, registered at the instance of Ravinder Kumar, when he was going to his house, after closing his shop, 5-6 persons stopped his scooter and gave beatings to him. It is further submitted that in fact, the matter has been settled between the parties in the Panchayat, as it was a money dispute and has relied upon an affidavit of complainant Ravinder Kumar (Annexure P-3).
