-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.113 dated 20.9.2022 registered under Sections 336, 427 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. The allegations in nut-shell are that the petitioner damaged CCTV camera installed in the house of the in-laws of the complainant and he also fired shots in the air with his licensed gun. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail GAURAV SOROT 2023.02.16 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.
( 2 ) CRM-M-54933-2022 passed by this Court. The counsel further apprised the Court that now matter has been compromised between the parties. State counsel on instructions from ASI Mahipal submits that indeed the petitioner has joined the investigation and got effected the recovery of his licensed gun used in commission of crime and further submits that now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. Admittedly, no one sustained injuries at the time of the occurrence. In the light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 24.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
