  The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment an arbitrator on behalf of the respondents.

Vide detailed order dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Court, Shri Navreet Singh Kang, IAS (Retd.), House No. 75, Sector 2, Chandigarh, was proposed to be appointed as the nominated Arbitrator on behalf of the respondents and declaration as required under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 was sought from the said arbitrator. Necessary declaration has now been duly received.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. The order dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
