ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, for the present, he be permitted to withdraw this petition so as to enable the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities, qua his concerns/grievances, in the first instance. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Vaneet Soni, Advocate for Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Advocate, is present in Court, on behalf of the respondent-HSVP. At the outset, he submits that in the event the petitioner moves any representation, the same shall be taken cognizance of by the competent authority. And, necessary orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed, after affording hearing to all the stake holders. In the wake of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
