(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondents to regularize services of petitioner w.e.f. 27.01.1999/ 01.02.1999 to regularize services of petitioner under policy dated 11.11.2003/27.02.2004 (Annexure P-6 & P-7) from the date similarly situated employees to the petitioner have been regularized by way of policy dated 29.07.2011 (Annexure P-8) with direction to release all consequential benefits arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 18.05.2019 (Annexure P-12) in terms of Annexure P-13 within a stipulated period.
Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 18.05.2019 (Annexure P-12) in terms of Annexure P-13 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.26 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No.32467 of 2019 (O&M) -2copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
