The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to allot free paddy in terms of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 22965 of 2023 on 12.10.2023 titled as "M/s Guru Nanak Agro Foods and others vs. State of Punjab and others".
