(Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for releasing the minor daughter of the petitioner namely Khawiesh aged about 07 years from the illegal detention of respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy under the Guardians and Wards Act, for seeking custody of the minor daughter, in accordance with law.
