(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.24 dated 04.07.2019 registered under Section 506 IPC and 328/376(2)/376(3)/376 (2)(f) R/w 120-B IPC added later and Section 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Sector 29 Industrial Area District Panipat (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 21.11.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Allegations alleged against the petitioners are serious and prima facie constitute a crime against the society at large. Regarding such offences any compromise, effected between the parties, in itself RAJEEV THAKRAL 2023.01.19 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-57314-2022 -2is not a sufficient ground for this Court to invoke the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of the FIR.
