HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to get the investigation of FIR No.0038 dated 20.04.2024, under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 34 IPC (Section 201 IPC added during the course of investigation) Police Station Maloud, District Khanna, and cross-case registered vide GD No.029 dated 20.04.2024, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC, conducted through some higher police official of IPS Cadre or in alternative to get conducted the investigation of the case from some other independent agency.

Learned State counsel, at the very, outset submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been substantially redressed and the investigating officer has already concluded the investigation and presented the challan/final report before the learned trial Court and the matter is pending adjudication before the learned trial Court and even the charges have been framed against the petitioner. In view of the specific stand taken by learned State counsel, no further directions are required to be passed in the instant petition and the same is disposed of, accordingly.
