Learned State counsel has produced the copies of the orders dated 18.09.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram in State vs. Umesh, CHI/7777/2025 & State vs. Milan Jain, CHI/7778/2025, stating therein that in view of bar on taking cognizance of the offence registered under Section 174-A IPC, the matter filed by the police, was disposed of with a direction that if the accused were in custody, they be released, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioners states that these cases have been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
