7'8 69 At the very outset, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that FIR No. 58 dated 09.07.2024 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 333, 351(2), 61(2) of the BNS has been registered along with Section 3(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with the law.
