(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 194 dated 17.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, challan was presented against the petitioner only under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Palwal, District Palwal. 2.

Custody certificate dated 31.08.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, however, has highlighted that the charges were framed on 20.12.2024 and from the last six occasions, none of the prosecution witnesses are coming forward despite being the fact that they are summoned through PARUL 2025.09.03 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
