The appellant had approached this Court so as to assail judgment and decree dated 18.9.2019 passed by learned Family Court, Hoshiarpur, whereby her petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights, has been dismissed.

Mr. Sumit Sinha, Advocate for Mr. Shailendra Sharma, Advocate for the appellant has informed that the appellant has since expired. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the appellant is stated to have expired during pendency of the present appeal, the main appeal i.e. FAO7111-2019 , which stands admitted vide order dated 12.12.2019 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
