Mr. Rupinder Singh Jhand, Additional AG Haryana. **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing FIR No.396 dated 03.09.2020, registered under Sections 50, 51 of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 and Sections 272, 273, 285, 420 IPC, at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

On 01.05.2023, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- '........On his request, adjourned to 22.05.2023, subject to payment of costs amounting to Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner in the Punjab and Haryana High Court Employees' Welfare Association Fund.'

The said order has not been complied with till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not coming forward and he pleads no instructions on behalf of the petitioner.
