(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 29.05.2023 (Annexure P-7) and also for directing the official respondents to deal with the representation dated 08.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 2.
It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that aggrieved by the acts of the official respondents in not conducting the investigation of the case in an appropriate manner, the petitioner had filed a petition in this Court, which was subsequently withdrawn vide order dated 24.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) with liberty to move the representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala for taking appropriate action and accordingly the petitioner had moved representation dated 08.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.3, but till date no action thereon has been taken. She submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied, if appropriate directions are given to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to consider and dispose of the representation (Annexure P-2) in SANDAL SHARMA 2023.11.17 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

After hearing the respective submissions and perusing the record, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to consider and dispose of the representation dated 08.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, in an expeditious manner, preferrably within 08 weeks from the receipt of the order. The decision so taken be also intimated to the petitioner as well.
