Present third petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.198 dated 12.07.2020, under Sections 21 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that entire prosecution evidence is over, therefore, present petition be disposed off as not pressed.
