NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) This is the third petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No.183 dated 01.12.2022, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. The first bail application i.e. CRM-M No.584 of 2024, was filed by the petitioner wherein the factum of other nine cases in which the petitioner remained involved, was not disclosed and the said bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 09.05.2024. Thereafter, the second petition i.e. CRM-M No.32304 of 2024, seeking grant of regular bail was filed by the petitioner wherein also the factum of petitioner being declared as proclaimed offender was not disclosed and faced with the situation, the said bail application was also dismissed as withdrawn on 12.08.2024.

CRM-M No.49944 of 2024 (O&M) Now after a period of two months again, the present third bail application has been filed by not disclosing the factum that he has been declared as proclaimed offender.

There is active concealment on the part of the petitioner in all the three bail applications.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed on account of concealment.
