ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This revision petition has been preferred against the judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, reversing the judgment passed by the trial court.
It has come in evidence that the complainant-petitioner is a commission agent working for the last 20 years, whereas Balwant Singh was a farmer. His son was tried to be roped in by alleging that some amount was paid to Labh Singh for sending son of the petitioner abroad. Petitioner has admitted that Balwant singh used to sell his crop through the firm owned by the petitioner. Still further, no written contract between the parties has been produced.

CRR-3741-2017(O&M) -2Still further, the accused had filed a civil suit for injunction before the present complaint was lodged restraining the petitioner from recovering the amount in question. Petitioner in the aforesaid case had suffered a statement that he will take re-course to law. However, no suit for recovery has been filed.
In view thereof, this court does not find any ground to interfere. The criminal revision is dismissed.
