(Oral) During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record order dated 22.11.2022 passed by the Executing Court whereby the amount of mesne profit has been ordered to be released to them on furnishing of bank guarantee in the shape of FDR of Rs.18 lakhs and indemnity bonds of the same amount with one surety in the like amount, with undertaking to refund the same in case the claim of the judgment debtor is upheld.

In view of this order passed by the Executing Court, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant revision petition and seeks to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
