This order shall dispose of two petitions CRM-M-55112-2022 and CRM-M-56357-2022 as these petitions pertain to same FIR and for the sake of brevity facts are culled out from the petition CRM-M-55112-2022. 2.

Petitioner(s) have filed the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.PC seeking regular bail in case FIR No.203 dated 13.09.2022 under Sections 22, 29, 61 and 85 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has produced a copy of order dated 06.03.2023 passed by the Court of Ld. JSC, Sangrur whereby on an PARVEEN KUMAR 2023.05.02 05:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-55112-2022 and CRM-M-56357-2022 application moved by the State for discharge of accused namely Tarsem Singh @ Laddi son of Gurcharan Singh (petitioner in CRM-M-55112-2022) and Kulwinder Singh @ Billa son of Jagtar Singh (petitioner in CRM-M-563572022), have been released from the custody for the time being. The order dated 06.03.2023 is reproduced as under:- "Application has been moved on behalf of State for discharge of accused Tarsem Singh @ Laddi son of Gurcharan Singh and Kulwinder Singh @ Billa son of Jagtar Singh in this case bearing FIR no. 203 dated 13.09.2022 under section 22/29/61/85 of NDPS Act P.S City Sunam. It is submitted in the application that report of FSL did not favour the case of state and the salt so came in alleged material does not fall within the ambit of NDPS Act.

Besides that report of drug inspector is also there in favour of both accused persons. Considering such circumstances and in the interest of justice, both accused Tarsem Singh and Kulwinder Singh are released from custody for the time being. Present Paper be attached with cancellation report."

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submit that in view of the above fact, the instant petitions have become rendered infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, both the petitions stand disposed of as having become rendered infructuous.
