(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.146 dated 22.10.2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379-B, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Maloya, District Chandigarh. Allegations in nut-shell are that the present petitioner along with co-accused Sahil, Raja and Sahil @ Bred intercepted the complainant and snatched his belongings including ATM card, AADHAR card, one watch and one mobile and also attacked him.

( 2 ) CRM-M-55152-2022 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated coaccused Raja, Sahil @ Bred and Sahil @ Jani are already given concession of anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders Annexure P-5 to Annexure P-7. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Sahib Singh apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and that now the petitioner is not required for any further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 29.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
