!" !# $!$% Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 is running a Scrap Shop and petitioner No.1 has been working as an employee for the last five years.
On 10.07.2025, certain taps were purchsed. After sometime, few police personnel came to inquire about the purchased items. Learned counsel submits that in this context the petitioners were also intimated that these were stolen taps which were purchased by them. Several times they had communicated to the local police officials that they were not aware of the aforesaid facts but they have been repeatedly called in the police station and on one occasion was assaulted also (on 23.07.2025). Medical report appended along with case file has also been referred to by learned counsel for petitioners.
