**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 19.05.2022 has directed that the cases under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 be decided within six months from 19.05.2022.

The present case was filed in the year 2017. At one point of time, the case was dismissed for non-prosecution and the same was restored vide order dated 08.03.2019. Faced with this situation, this Court has no other alternative, but to dismiss the present case for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
