This is an application for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CRM-M-53052-2023) from 16.01.2024 to an early date. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main petition is taken on Board today itself. CRM stands disposed off. CRM-M-53052-2023 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the limited prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is that the application for interim maintenance pending before the Court concerned be decided in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further contend that the petition itself was filed in the year 2020 and since 2022, the petition has been pending for consideration on the application for interim maintenance.
