******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.23 dated 21.02.2019 under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.

While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 14.11.2019: - "... Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case and the recovery has already been effected.

This fact is not disputed by learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Gagandeep Kaur..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the VISHNU 2020.01.21 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Ram Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.11.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
