None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case being called twice. Even on 20.04.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. As per E-Court website of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Taluka Court, Balachaur, the execution petition stands disposed off with directions. The present petition has been preferred against the dismissal of objections by the Executing Court. No stay was granted by this Court at the time of issuance of notice of motion on 06.12.2019. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
