  2  34   This petition has been filed for directing the respondent to get the bailable warrants issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, SAS Nagar (Mohali) vide orders dated 07.08.2023 and 25.09.2023, be executed expeditiously in a time bound manner. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the execution proceedings pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, SAS Nagar (Mohali) already stand finalised and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
