  at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to conclude the enquiry proceedings in a time bound manner so that the appellant does not suffer indefinite prejudice due to suspension already ordered against her vide order dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure P-6).

Learned State counsel submits that the enquiry proceedings initiated against the appellant will be concluded by the authorities concerned within the period of three months from today by following due process as envisaged under law and by also giving due opportunity of hearing to the RIYA 2025.08.28 18:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
