(Oral) Counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to present a fresh petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the Act') before the appropriate forum after a lapse of period of one year as provided under Section 14 of the Act. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Needless to observe that in case any such petition is moved, the parties shall be at liberty to seek waiver off the statutory period of six months in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in Amardeep Singh Vs.
