HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for issuance of direction to the respondents to register an FIR under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against respondents No.3 and 4 as per allegations levelled in complaint dated 30.07.2021 (Annexure P-11).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

In view of the afore-said submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
