RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) At the outset, on the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the amended memo of parties in the Court today itself which is taken on record.

Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the representation, dated 27.05.2022, Annexure P-1, in a time bound manner. It is further prayed to direct the respondent to transfer the proprietary right of the municipal property as described in the petition, situated in village Mahiwala, Tehsil Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) to the petitioner as per the Punjab Management & Transfer of Municipal Properties Act, 2020. Notice of motion.

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 (as mentioned in amended memo of parties filed today in the Court), i.e. Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, to look into the representation, dated 27.05.2022, Annexure P-1, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
