The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of Memo No. 124 dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) whereby respondent has withheld its claim. It is further seeking direction to respondent to release payment amounting to Rs. 53,957/- along with interest.
