Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn the attention of this Court to the order passed by the Appellate Authority, wherein it has been observed that the petitioner can file a revision petition within 30 days. 3.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the case to appraoch the Revisional Authority. 4.
