NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) In terms of the order dated 17.12.2018, demand draft amounting to Rs.50,000/- in the name of petitioner has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further stated by learned counsel for the respondent that the remaining amount shall be deposited before the trial Court in three equal installments within three months from today. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition. The same is hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, in case the statement made before this Court is not complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition after expiry of three months.
