Mr. Brajesh Kumar, Advocate, for the complainant. NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.57 dated 28.05.2022 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Dehlon, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty that the petitioner would surrender before the trial Court and would seek regular bail, the same be considered and decided expeditiously.
