SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0048 dated 04.03.2024 under Sections 379B and 34 IPC registered at P.S Tanda.

In the light of the fact that Sections 201/411 IPC have been added vide rapat dated 08.03.2024 and 09.04.2024, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
