(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside orders dated 27.04.2021, 05.08.2021, 24.08.2021, 28.09.2021, 19.10.2021 and 02.11.2021 (Annexures P-2 to P-4 and P-6 to P-8, respectively) passed by learned Assistant Collector 2nd Grade, Gharaunda and order dated 08.01.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
