(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 12.05.2017, passed by the learned Family Court, Bhiwani, directing the petitioner to pay final maintenance @ Rs.4000/- per month to petitioner No. 1-wife and Rs.1000/- per month to respondent No. 2minor daughter. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as, the petitioner has expired.

Learned counsel for the respondents admits the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
