The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 136 dated 01.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 379-B, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
