(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of impugned order of promotion dated 01.07.2019 (Annexure P-17) to the extent of promoting petitioner w.e.f. 01.07.2019 instead from the date, his juniors were promoted i.e. 04.03.2014 (Annexure P-10) in terms of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.2564 of 2016 (Annexure P-13). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 11.09.2019 (Annexure P-20) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 11.09.

2019 (Annexure P-20) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.

CWP No.32301 of 2019 (O&M) -2contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
