(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing official respondents No.2 to 5 to take an appropriate legal action against respondents No.6 and 7 on the basis of representation dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) as regards the illegal encroachment of the land, blocking/obstructing the only passage/entry to the sole residential house of the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in Civil Suit No.406 of 2025, titled as "Avtar Singh vs. Ashok Sood", which is stated to be pending before the Civil Court at Samrala. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
