(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 05.10.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, whereby application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by the petitioner, has been rejected.

Vide order dated 10.01.2023, on the joint request of the parties, the matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. As per the report of the Mediator, parties have settled their dispute by way of amicable settlement dated 08.02.2023. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the aforesaid settlement dated 08.02.2023, this petition be disposed of in terms thereof.
